Form grundades 1905 av föreningen Svensk Form och är världens äldsta, fortfarande aktiva, tidskrift om design. Form skriver om design och hantverk i Sverige och Norden, med internationella utblickar. Form ges ut med fyra nummer per år och är från och med nr.3 2025 tvåspråkig (svenska och engelska) i en och samma utgåva. Form was founded in 1905 by the Swedish Association of Design and is the world's oldest design magazine still in circulation. Form writes about design and craftsmanship in Sweden and the Nordic region, with an international outlook. Form is published four times a year, and is, starting with issue no. 3 in 2025, bilingual (Swedish and English) in the same edition.
